1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Because our inventory involves bulk counting and palletizing, we ensure that every lot is securely packed before dispatch.

*Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For ApparelLots, we typically use the following methods:

Standard Ground 15-25 Business Days Single boxes / Small lots
LTL Freight (Pallet) 20-30 Business Days Large bulk inventory
International Air 10-15 Business Days Global buyers

3. FREIGHT & PALLET DELIVERY

For large inventory orders shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload):

  • A commercial address with a loading dock or forklift is preferred.
  • If you require a Liftgate Service at a residential address, additional fees may apply from the carrier.
  • Please ensure someone is present to sign for the delivery.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

ApparelLots ships worldwide. However, please be advised:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections in your country.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

ApparelLots is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
